About Us

OUR MISSION - We are an internet based importer and wholesaler. We offer way off-price, (below wholesale prices) with a unique product mix, to Customers that are able to order online with a minimum amount of telephone support. Our business model allows our Customers to easily compete with chain stores! We are here to help you make money because the better you do, the better we do..

OUR PASSION is to offer to the Trade only (those who will resell), the lowest unit prices in the off-price industry - hard core unbelievable bargains and selections that makes it easy to compete with chain stores - regardless of our tiny minimum requirements. We invite our Customers to partner with us by purchasing from our "Case Lots" category and buy at our cost.

OUR SATISFACTION comes from Customers' re-orders and comments that we receive on a daily basis which tells us that we are helping the little guy achieve the American dream! This of course helps us create jobs and thereby contribute to our community.

OUR PROFILE We are not a manufacturer, since 2006 we have been buying from many sources, our product mix/inventory is unique and always changing, please check in often as our site is updated daily. We do not employ "sales people". We do not attend costly trade shows to sell merchandise. We do not sell our Customer list or any email addresses. We do not pay bonuses or commissions. We are an importer and off price wholesaler and "offer for sale" at less than manufacturers' cost, of different manufacturers. We do not offer a sales guarantee, nor a statement of quality standards for fabrics, sizing, fit, safety standards, etc. Decisions to purchase assumes all liabilities and consequences of consumer usuage. We do not offer a guarantee or warranty of any kind on any items for any reason.

ORDERS - We do NOT; recommend, suggest, opinionate, persuade, suggest sizes, guarantee a profit, guarantee that you or consumers will like the merchandise you selected, or try to "sell" you anything. We do not guarantee the quality or color of any item. We do not solicit or pester our Customers with "friendly" phone calls hoping to get a re-order. Customers are always welcome to visit us and inspect all merchandise. It is solely the responsibility of the Buyer; to select, purchase, market and sell, merchandise that is a good choice for their business model. Get started by placing merchandise in shopping cart, it can always be changed/removed later. When shopping cart is the way you want it, continue with "continue to check out" and then fill in the blanks with your personal information. Pre-registering in not required.

[A] There is no minimum order.
[B] Customer's selections show us their preferences and reasonable, similar substitutions may be made if deemed appropiate to fill Customer's needs.
[C] All orders are subject to the approval of the sales department.
[D] All prices are: for merchandise only - shipping cost not included - subject to change without notice.
[E] Orders are accepted to prices prevailing at the time of shipment and our ability to fill them.
[F] We reserve the right to refuse to do business with anyone.
[G] Skysportsouvenir cannot/will not be responsible for typograpical errors and/or omissions.
[J] Any damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.

PAYMENT - by any of the below methods. All dropship orders are prepaid.

1 - PayPal--(U.S. and some foreign countries) use PayPal to transfer funds by e-Check from checking accounts. All payments of $350 and over, using PayPal might require Shipping to a PayPal confirmed address. First time foreign orders are paid by bank-wire .
2 - Money Order --use a US Postal money order mailed to; Skysport address..........

4 - Credit Card - Debit Card-- All first time orders over $500 paid by credit card might be shipped to the billing/confirmed address. To prevent fraud on credit/debit card orders, Skysportsouvenir may require (a one time only request) a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card and the telephone number of the issuing bank, a photo ID and a note of authorization to use the card on this order with a hand written signature that matches the ID, (ssn, drivers license number and date of birth may be blocked out).

RETURNS - Nobody can always make a profit on every item. Sears can't do it, we can't do it, and you can't do it. This is the non sugar-coated reality of buying and selling. Making a decision to buy merchandise, including blind sample packs, at wholesale prices on the internet, and not being able to "see, touch and feel" it first, is the inherent risk of the retailer, not the wholesaler that sells world-wide.

WMS has no idea of, or control over the retailers' business model, and is not a partner to the retailer's decisions and risk. Rather than making a return, other alternatives are to sell merchandise at cost or below, sell on ebay, donate to charity and take a tax write off for full retail value (discuss with your accountant). Returns are not encouraged as they are more costly for us to check in and re-process than filling the original order, and may leave us with unbalanced inventory. Every effort is made to give each item on our website more information/description than found on the manufacurers fact sheet, or what we see on any other website. Colors will vary according to monitor settings.

[A] There is no such thing as an "even exchange" - a return becomes a credit. Our business model pricing allows for a 50% return credit to be applied to Customer's WMS account to be applied to Customer 's next order. No credit is given for shipping.
[B] NO DAMAGE of ANY kind will be accepted - such as shopworn, sun-fading, smoke smell, finger prints, hanger marks, perfume or cosmetic smell, writing on hang tags, etc.
[C] all original tags, bags, display boxes, shoe & boot boxes, hangers, etc. must be returned as new.
[D] Merchandise sold by; the dozen, or unit in packages, or displays, must be returned full, not partially sold.
[E] Merchandise that does not meet the above standards will not be credited or processed and the sender will have to pay shipping charges in advance to have the box returned. Uncalled for merchandise will be discarded after 30 days. WMS reserves the right to refuse this privilege, and/or to do business with anyone.
[F] ANY unsolicited return for ANY reason becomes a CREDIT on your Skysportsouvenir account, which will be credited against a future order. There is no such thing as an "even exchange". We do NOT give cash refunds, or send refund checks for returned merchandise.

COPYRIGHTS/TRADEMARKS - All trademarks, including product names and company names and logos, and pictures are the property of their respective owner. The images, designs, graphics and text, including product descriptions and general policies on this website as well as catalog items are all property of Skysportsouvenir,
